New Development for FMB

BCJ Construction proudly partnered with FMB on one of our largest and most exciting projects to date—a full design and build package delivering a new operational facility tailored to FMB’s specialist manufacturing processes.

Project Overview

The development incorporated several key components:

Concrete Hardstanding: Extensive groundworks and reinforced concrete hardstanding constructed to withstand heavy industrial use and accommodate specialist equipment.

Drainage Systems: Installation of a tailored drainage solution designed to manage surface and process water efficiently, meeting all regulatory and environmental standards.

New Building Construction: A purpose-built facility housing high-performance furnaces and kilns, designed to support FMB’s advanced manufacturing operations.

Integrated Mezzanine: A custom mezzanine level was incorporated to create dedicated space for office use, laboratory functions, and welfare amenities—ensuring a practical and comfortable working environment.
